Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer experience with a focus on character development. We positively impact children, ages 2-8, through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve.

A day in the life:
- You ensure that your attire, soccer equipment, and field aesthetics are clean and represent the excellence we always strive for.
- You execute an engaging 30-minute experience at a childcare center, preschool, public park, and/or elementary school for 2-8 year olds.
- You create relationships with parents, directors, principals, and/or school staff to create excitement and fun about our culture, program, and community.
- You engage the mind and imagination of a 2-8 year old, and you are an expert when it comes to implementing our one of a kind curriculum.
- You are responsible for, and are aware of, the company policies on safety of every child you come in contact with.
- You utilize our Director of Coaching for any help you may need when it comes to engaging children, executing a 30-minute session, and/or logistics of a specific location where you may be coaching.
- You work in partnership with directors, and other coaches, to grow in your influence as a leader, coach, and individual.
- You are able to educate parents and school staff about our vision and values.
- You exceed expectations of parents, school staff, and community through each 30-minute experience coached.
- You attend staff and coaching events.
- Under the supervision of the director of coaching, you perform/complete all responsibilities and assignments as required and/or by request.
Final Details:
- A successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
- Soccer Shots reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion.
- All employees are expected to work upon agreement of scheduled days with the director of operations and/or director of coaching.
- Applicants are a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Who your leader is: Executive Director, Director of Operations, Director of Coaching Key leaders
- Where you spend time coaching: Childcare Centers, Preschools, Public Parks, and Elementary Schools in Mecklenburg County
- Expectations
- Full Time – 25 sessions a week with Saturdays
- Part Time – Less than 25 sessions with Saturdays
- Coaches start at $18 for every 30 minute session coached

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
