Sports Administrative Specialist

$23-$25 an hour

Hours and working days are non-negotiable

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 12pm-5pm
Wednesday: 12pm-5pm
Thursday: 12pm-5pm
Friday: 12pm-5pm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 8am-1pm

Job Description: We are seeking a Sports Administrative Specialist who will support the vision and growth of Soccer Shots by assisting in our coaching department. When needed must be able to coach a soccer session for children ages 2 – 8 years old. Will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Company's Integrator.

Working Location:

Must work from the established office during working hours, unless approved to be working on the “field”. Must meet at least once/weekly with supervisor. Position is required to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment. NO REMOTE WORK

Staff scheduling
Staff support and retention
Recruiting
Inventory (must be able to carry 40lbs)
Coaching
Relationship Management and account support
Communications and other administrative duties
Special Events

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
