Key Role: The Part-Time Coach is responsible for coaching between 5-30 classes per week. A Part-Time Coach is eligible to participate in the Coaching Level 10 weekly meeting and engages in professional development offered to the team. A Part-Time Coach will also be trained in Operations and Marketing in order to provide excellent customer service on the field, in the community, and over the phone.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

Coach between 5-30 classes
First sub 2-5 days a month
Provide a remarkable customer service experience on the field, in the office and in the community
Problem-solve and eligible to participate in the Coaching Level 10 meetings
Making sure those extra efforts are completed bi-weekly or weekly (community phone calls, player of the week, thank you notes, weekly wins, mid-season reviews, end of season certificates)
Additional training in both Marketing and Operations departments
Attend monthly team meetings
Attend coaching meetings every 3 weeks to develop coaching skills

Requirements:

Must be available 2-3 days per week plus Saturdays
Minimum of a 1 full season commitment
Must enjoy working with children, can be silly, and organized to complete administrative tasks on time

Hours and Pay:

$17 per class for assisting and training
$18 per class & administrative hours
Mileage reimbursement at the federal IRS Mileage Rate
Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement
- Without units - $15 monthly
- With units - $30 monthly
$1 per hour raise at anniversary
$2 per hour raise with completion of 12 ECE Units plus $800 bonus

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
