About the Role:
Join Soccer Shots - San Diego East County as a Sales & Marketing Intern and immerse yourself in the world of youth soccer! This exciting opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in promoting a beloved program that fosters children's love for the game.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Soccer Shots programs.
- Engage with potential customers through social media platforms and community events.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up with inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in youth sports.
- Create promotional materials and content to enhance brand visibility.
- Help organize and execute local events to boost community engagement.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for youth sports and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
