Children Soccer Coaches Needed for Children Ages 2-8

Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8 at preschools, elementary's, and parks all over from Fort Lauderdale up to West Palm and everywhere East and West. We are currently expanding and need a few great instructors to help us run some sessions at a few of our centers.

This current open position is seeking someone who is looking to grow within a growing company and be a part of an already amazing team!

You must be willing to drive to centers maybe 20-30 minutes away if needed! Must have a reliable means of transportation!

The classes are during the week, typically in the morning before 11:00am or in the afternoon after 2:30pm. Each class is 30 to 45 minutes long. We provide training, equipment, and all curriculum materials.

We pay $20 for each session you run & $10 for you assisting at a session with another coach. Depending on your schedule & willingness you will have the opportunity to run as many sessions as you can per week.

Right now we're really looking for someone to start immediately with us! We have a quick and efficient training process that we believe could prepare you in two weeks or less.

The ideal instructor meets the following criteria:

Responsible -- Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director, etc.

Professional -- Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director, self assured

Enthusiastic -- Must enjoy young kids, be able to connect with kids ages 2-8, must make the Soccer Shots class the best time of their week, can't be shy BE SILLY!

Soccer -- No official soccer experience is required. However, having some familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
