The Role You Play:
As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas, including:
As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas, including:
- Coaching: Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months - 8 years, using our expert curriculum on-site in local parks, facilities, daycare centers, and schools
- Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO
- Sales: Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
- Coach Management: Help recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate coaches, plus assist with event planning
- Community Impact: Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids

Who we're looking for:

- No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
Additional Info
- Paid internship, approx. 25 - 40 hours per week + tuition reimbursement (if enrolled on an internship program through your school)
- Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
- Administrative work is done remotely, and you're expected to drive to scheduled soccer sessions at multiple locations throughout the fall.
**We will abide by your university standards for college credit if your school's standards are different to the time commitments listed above.**
