Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a VP of Franchise Operations to sit on our Leadership Team and oversee all aspects of franchise operations development, support, and training for our children’s enrichment franchise brands (Soccer Shots & Little Kickers). This position is key in enhancing the experience for the children and families we serve, and the franchise communities we support!

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to program development (curriculum and coaches training) to systematically strengthen our product and be a top-tier provider in the children’s enrichment space.
Oversee enhancements and execution of franchise operations resources and education.
Provide strategic direction to franchise business consulting and support.
Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of franchise community events (Conventions, New Operator Trainings, etc.)
Serve on the Stronger Youth Brands Leadership Team!

We're looking for hard-working leaders with:

At least 7 years' experience in a leadership/executive role
At least 10 years' experience in operational support with a national brand
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in developing and executing training programs
A passion for the Stronger Youth Brands mission
Capacity to productively drive both strategy & tactics
Experience leading, growing, and coaching teams
Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work collaboratively with teams
Strong written and verbal communication

The Stronger Youth Brands HQ team supports our Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchise systems globally, running intro-to-soccer programs for children ages 2-8 in their local communities. Together we serve over 500,000 children each year, and we’re growing!
