Part Time Daytime Youth Soccer Coach Needed (and wanted...in the good way) /$18 per hour (seasonal raises based on performance)

If you don't like to have fun, then this job is NOT for you!!! We need extremely energetic and fun people to take charge on soccer island! Now listen......we're not talking Animal House fun... we're talking more Lionel Messi when the final whistle blew at the World Cup fun! (Except with children 2-7) We need committed people to join us for our any of our daytime program throughout the week (9am-2pm) and weekend (9am-1pm)! We also coach at a variety of locations! Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in a day!

Now this isn't just for anyyyybody. We deal with kids, so you have to be silly, SUPER reliable, and have GREAT abilities to communicate in lots of different ways for example (but not limited to): text, email, pigeon, the occasional owl, phone (yes, people still talk over the phone) and even through mime.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
