Soccer Shots Medina/Akron/Canton/Youngstown is hiring for a Youth Soccer Coach! This is a part-time, flexible position - perfect for a college student, or anyone with a background in soccer or previous experience working with children who is looking to pick up some extra income!

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation
Weekend and/or weeknight availability
Passion and love for working with children
Previous experience working with kids preferred
Responsible, energetic, and fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure safety of children under their care
Engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
Follow age-appropriate, tailored lesson plans
Maintain commitment to excellence, quality, and safety through participation in the game of soccer
Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings, as available

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

We’re an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart-–we treat our employees like a team, and the children we teach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
