Soccer Shots® is the soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed non-competitive curriculum and great coaches. Join us in positively impacting the lives of children (ages 2-8 years old). Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills and teamwork.

LOCATION
We are looking for coach candidates willing to work at sites across WAUKESHA COUNTY.

SCHEDULE
We are looking for PART TIME soccer instructors (1-4 days a week, 1-6 hours per day). Our certified lead coaches earn $18 per hour (after initial training is completed). Training, admin time, and assistant coaches earn $14 per hour. The length of training varies and usually lasts 2-4 weeks.

REQUIREMENTS
Responsible & Professional | communicate professionally, timeliness, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable
Enthusiastic & Creative | engaging young children at their level, having FUN, being imaginative and silly
Patient & Empathic | must be a patient person, willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
Athletic Know-How | Soccer experience not required, being active and able to move with children is
Transportation & Cell Phone | must have reliable transportation (driving to different locations) and mobile phone with data
Clear Background | must pass a background check and be fingerprinted

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
