Soccer Shots is hiring energetic coaches to lead youth soccer programs across Northwest Philadelphia, including Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown, and Chestnut Hill and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

Lead energetic, age-appropriate soccer sessions that teach fundamental skills and life lessons in a safe, positive environment. Be a role model, motivator, and fun leader helping kids grow on and off the field.

Who You Are:

Passionate about working with kids
Reliable, responsible, and energetic
Strong communicator with kids, parents, and teammates
Available for consistent shifts, including weekends and/or weekdays

Coaches may be asked to lead sessions across multiple neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia, so flexibility and reliable transportation are a plus!

No prior coaching experience needed — we provide all training! Experience working with children (babysitting, teaching, camps, etc.) is a plus.

Job Details:

Location: Northwest Philadelphia (Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $22–$28/hour + bonuses
Hours: Flexible part-time — choose sessions that fit your schedule
