Join Our Team as a Youth Soccer Coach!

Do you enjoy working with kids and want a flexible, active part-time job? Soccer Shots Philadelphia is hiring energetic, reliable coaches to lead youth soccer programs across Northwest Philadelphia, including Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown, and Chestnut Hill.

No prior soccer coaching experience is required — we provide paid training and a complete curriculum.

About the Role

Coaches lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for young children using the Soccer Shots curriculum. Sessions focus on age-appropriate soccer skills, movement, character development, and creating a positive experience for every child.

You’ll serve as a role model, motivator, and leader while helping children grow both on and off the field.

Who You Are

Enjoy working with children
Reliable, responsible, and energetic
Comfortable leading groups and communicating with parents
Available for consistent weekly shifts
Available on weekends and/or weekday afternoons and evenings
Able to travel to programs throughout Northwest Philadelphia

Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.

Experience working with children — including teaching, camps, babysitting, recreation programs, or youth sports — is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $22–$28/hour + performance bonuses
Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule based on your availability and consistent weekly program assignments
