Soccer Shots Charlotte is hiring energetic, dependable part-time Children's Soccer Coaches to teach 30-minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 throughout the Charlotte area. No advanced soccer background is required—we provide training and curriculum. This is a great fit for someone who loves working with kids and wants a fun, active, flexible part-time job.

 

We’ve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel (plus lots of snacks in the office) – you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer! As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 – 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child. 

 

It’s fun for sure, but it’s also a lot of work, and we have high expectations. But, if you’re up for the challenge, have experience working with children, and want to be a part of an organization that’s making a difference every day – fill out an application!

 

 

Other details:

-       Must have your own car, and it’s reliable

-       Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, you’ll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)

-       You’ll commit to the entire season – this is very important given the age of children we work with

-       Pay starts at $20 for each 30 minute session

-       We have coaches coaching anywhere from 3 – 30+ sessions/week depending on availability

-       Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized
