Soccer Shots is a youth development program that introduces soccer to toddlers and preschoolers in a fun, non-competitive, and creative way. You get to provide the highlight of a child's week!
Don’t know much about soccer? No problem! While it is helpful to have some knowledge of soccer, it is not essential.
Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available!

Soccer Shots coaches/instructors are:
- Passionate about working with toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to connect with, be patient with, and motivate children
- Excellent communicators
- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, thinking on their feet
- Safety-conscious
Schedule hours:
- Coaching is a part-time position. Most coaches/instructors opt to work 4-12 hours/week.
- Class sessions are typically between the hours of 9:30 a.m.-Noon on Monday's-Saturday's and 3:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday's-Friday's. Most class sessions are 2-4 classes scheduled consecutively.
- Pick your schedule: coaches turn in schedule availability and are assigned classes that fit their schedule.
- Schedules are consistent: you will work classes at the same time and location each week for the whole season (7-10 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging children ages 2-6.
- Teaching groups of 8-10 kids for a 25-40 minute class.
- Arriving to class on time and attend all scheduled classes.
- Utilizing provided class curriculum to teach soccer, designed by education specialists.
- Keeping accurate attendance and complete after-session report.
- All equipment needed for classes is provided.
Additional qualifications:
- Candidate must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license.
- Candidate must be able to perform the physical demands of the position: reasonable level of fitness is expected.
- CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire (class fee will be reimbursed).
Additional available compensation:
- Additional pay for classes coached 20+ miles from primary residence

Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2+. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
