THE ORGANIZATION:

Soccer Shots serves preschools, elementary schools, and public locations all over San Diego. We positively impact thousands of children and their families through our enrichment program. Please apply, even if you have never played soccer! We provide all training, curriculum, and gear!

THE JOB:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach children ages 2-10 character development and soccer skills
Create a safe, fun, environment for children through the game of soccer
Looking to commit to 1 year of proffesional develpment
Be FUN and have a great sense of humor

PERKS:

Compensation $18-$20 PER 30-55 min session coached
Assistant Coaches are paid $17 per session.
$800 signing bonus for completed 12 Early Childhood Education units
We provide financial assistance for 12 ECE units that will earn you a promotion, pay raise, and bonus in as little as 16 weeks depending on your hire date!

REQUIREMENTS:

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and be ready to have fun!
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego County)
Cleared background check
Immunizations (TB test, MMR, Tdap)
Must already live in San Diego at the time of application
Employment is contingent on cleared FBI & DOJ Livescan

SCHEDULE:

We have a flexible work schedule and will work with your availability
Seeking 1:00pm-6:30pm weekday availability & Saturday morning availability
Hours are guaranteed!

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
