The Role:
As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas, including:

Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO

Sales: Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites

Coach Management: Help recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate coaches, plus assist with event planning

Coaching: Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, using our expert curriculum

Community Impact: Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids

Who We’re Looking For:
- Energetic and responsible individuals passionate about working with children
- Great communicators who can engage kids, parents, and teammates
- Reliable and adaptable with access to transportation around Philadelphia (car highly preferred)
- No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
Additional Info:

Paid internship, approx. 25 - 40 hours per week + tuition reimbursement
- Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
