Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Contract Coordinator to support our Business Intelligence department!

Stronger Youth Brands is a youth enrichment franchise platform. We're the franchisor for the Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchise brands.
Our company's purpose is to support our +400 Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchises globally, running intro-to-soccer programs in their local communities. We serve over 550,000 kids each year in North America alone, and we’re growing!

Responsibilities:
The Business Intelligence team collects, analyzes, and maintains the integrity of our data - helping us make more informed decisions and effectively leverage our franchise network business data. The Franchise Contract Coordinator (1) supports the execution of our franchise agreements and contracts using their keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies, and (2) supports the validation and consolidation of franchise business performance and financial data.
The Business Intelligence team collects, analyzes, and maintains the integrity of our data - helping us make more informed decisions and effectively leverage our franchise network business data. The Franchise Contract Coordinator (1) supports the execution of our franchise agreements and contracts using their keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies, and (2) supports the validation and consolidation of franchise business performance and financial data.
- DocuSign Agreement & Administration
- Send and track contracts & agreements, including sending/correcting/voiding
- Add/update/adjust templates and forms.
- File, maintain, and back up files.
- Maintain communication with signers to ensure agreements are completed correctly and accurately.
- Franchise Renewals & Contracts
- Draft and execute all renewal agreements.
- Review finalized agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency of business entity name, DBA name, and ownership structure.
- Franchise Compliance
- Collect and maintain franchise compliance documents/certificates i.e. (General Liability Insurance, background checks/clearances, W9s
- Provide support and data for interdepartmental initiatives requiring data collection/validation
- Maintain business data in spreadsheets and CRM
- System KPI Support & Tracking
- Track franchise business performance data against franchise agreement terms
- Prepare calculations and spreadsheets for franchise performance tracking, system-wide performance reports, and other internal needs
- Business & Contract Expertise
- Stay up to date on nuances of franchise and vendor agreements.
- Act as SME for reviewing, drafting, editing, and proofing business contracts & agreements.
- Store and maintain all Stronger Youth Brands vendor agreements

We're seeking a hard-working, team player with:
- No prior professional experience required -
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business Management/Administration, Accounting/Finance, Management Information Systems, Contract/Acquisitions Management, or another related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Sorting, Filtering, Lookups, SUMIFs, and nested formulas).
- Proficiency in remaining Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Preferred - understanding of legal agreements/contracts with attention to structure, definitions, references, punctuation and outlined parties.
- Strong reading comprehension and editing skills – identifying inconsistencies, errors, or gaps in contracts that may affect their meaning or validity.
