Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots | The Woodlands, Spring & North Houston

Where else can you get paid to pretend you're a dinosaur? 🦖

At Soccer Shots, that's just another day on the job!

We're looking for energetic, dependable people who love working with kids and want to make a difference. We coach children as young as 2 years old, which means one minute you're teaching soccer skills, and the next you're pretending to be a dinosaur, hopping like a frog, or celebrating a goal like you just won the World Cup!

Here's the thing: This job is a lot of fun, but it's also hard work.

You'll be coaching outdoors in the Texas heat, running around, sweating, and bringing your best energy to every session. Some days will be challenging, but watching a child build confidence, learn something new, or score their first goal makes it all worth it.

We're not just looking for someone who likes soccer. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids and understands the impact a great coach can have.

What We Offer

Great pay: $16–$23 per 30–45-minute session, with opportunities to coach multiple sessions back-to-back.
Flexible, part-time schedules: Opportunities ranging from approximately 10–30 hours per week.
Paid training and ongoing support: We'll teach you everything you need to know!
All equipment and curriculum provided: No lesson planning required.
A great team: Supportive leadership, team outings, and coworkers who genuinely enjoy what they do.
Year-round opportunities: This isn't just a seasonal job!

What We're Looking For

Someone who loves working with young children and isn't afraid to be a little silly.
A dependable, energetic person who shows up on time and is ready to give 100%.
Someone comfortable coaching outdoors, being active, and working in the Texas heat.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Weekday morning availability (8:30 AM–12:30 PM).
A high school diploma, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
Ability to pass required background checks and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Soccer experience is a plus, but absolutely not required! We'd much rather have someone who's great with kids and willing to learn.

Ready to Join Our Team?

We coach at preschools, childcare centers, and public parks throughout The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, and Willis.

If you're looking for a job where you can stay active, have fun, and positively impact children's lives, we'd love to meet you!
