WHAT YOU NEED:

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and soccer. They should have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License, a sports background, preferably coaching or childhood education experience, and must be at least 18 years of age. Not a seasonal position.

We are an engaging children’s soccer program (ages 2-10) with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are a family business at heart. Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
All Soccer Shots coaches are trained in the use of developmentally appropriate techniques.

Guardians receive a weekly summary of what your child is learning at Soccer Shots.

Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building.
Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
