We're hiring an Early Education Soccer Coach!

Perks/Benefits

$23 - $33 per 30-45 minute session
Flexible scheduling catered to your location and availability
Your child(ren) participate for FREE!
Thorough Training, on-field practice and leadership support
Uniform and equipment necessary to coach (soccer balls + ball bag, cones, portable pop-up goals)

Responsibilities

Safely manage a class of up to 10 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field
Classes last anywhere from 30 - 55 minutes, in addition to time setting up and breaking down the field/classroom
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development

Requirements

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License
High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
