WHAT YOU NEED:
The ideal candidate MUST meet the following criteria:
- Loves working with and teaching children. Background in early childhood education is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license or state ID.
- Ability to coach 10+ weekly sessions as needed. Basic level of fitness.
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to operate various websites, CRM, and social media accounts - must be good with technology.
- Saturday Availability as needed.

THE JOB:
Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high energy 30-minute sessions. We serve all kids ages 2-8 throughout the Knoxville area. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Business Manager duties will include customer service, scheduling and calendar management, problem solving, office organization, and leading day to day operations. Some tech savviness will be needed with the ability to problem solve, take initiative, and ask questions to find solutions - i.e. you need to know your way around a computer. Examples include, excel, Google office, Canva, Sales Force, etc.

Being personable, passionate, and persistent is a must when it comes to talking with staff of childcare centers, preschools, elementary schools, neighborhood associations, and future staff coaches.
Finally, you need to understand and enjoy working with children. Coaching is a big part of what we do, so understanding the “why” behind what we do can’t be accomplished unless you have mastered coaching. Developing a strong understanding of what we do on the field is vital for all parts of being our business.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
