Program Manager - (Soccer Shots Atlanta East)

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2 to 8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Job Description:
Communication and Operations:
- Hire, onboard, and have an high level of communication with our team; manage scheduling and payroll.
- Professionally develop employee base; maintain proper reward and incentive structures
- Maintain a collegial employee culture
- Handle Communication with all parents/school directors/employees
- Administer our CRM platform
Marketing:
- Market our Soccer Shots program to local schools and public locations
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies including “demonstration days” to showcase Soccer Shots to prospective affiliates
- Order materials as needed; flyers, yard signs, equipment, apparel, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- Experience Demonstrating leadership and management skills along with admin duties
- Early Childhood Education, Coaching, and Soccer experience are beneficial, but not mandated
Suggested Skills and Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing
- Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable and charismatic
Other Important Information:
- Applicant must have reliable transportation
- Part time - Main hours would be from 10am-2pm Tuesday-Friday & 9-1pm on Saturdays starting at $25/hour - answering emails/calls, managing schedule, conducting marketing tasks, etc.
- This position is not strictly remote. However, the only travel expected will consist of visiting schools and parks periodically
- The Program Manager position has the potential to become a full-time staple in our growing sports franchise. Growth is definitely available for the right candidate.
