Year-Round Youth Soccer Program (Ages 2-8) - WEEKENDS ONLY & NO SOCCER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
COMPENSATION: $25/HOUR (after PAID training program at $20/hour)

Are you looking for an opportunity to positively impact children’s lives by coaching 2 to 8 year old’s in soccer? We have been impacting our community through soccer since 2018, but we cannot do it alone.

We bring a unique approach to the teaching character and the game of soccer, and if you think you have what it takes to be AWESOME… apply. Though, I should warn you that if you are able to earn your way on to our team, the children we work with will have an even greater impact on your life.

You're a great fit if you:

Have experience working with groups of children
Are high-energy, with an outgoing and positive personality
Hold a valid driver's license and access to a car during working hours
Are interested in flexible scheduling in a part-time position

A typical day of a Soccer Shots coach:

View & print attendance for the day's sessions
Look the part in your uniform & neat, professional appearance
Arrive 30 minutes before your session begins
Greet the families and children to Soccer Island
Teach the week's curriculum in each 30-45 minute session
Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while having FUN
Connect with children on an individual level
Update attendance online after completing the day's sessions

We can work within your current schedule. Soccer Shots partners with daycares, schools, and parks all over the lower Westchester area, and we will SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE.

Lastly, we are always looking for great individuals, so if you have a friend who might be interested, please point them our way! We’d love to meet them too!

Compensation: Upon completion of training, coaches will earn $25//hour. The longer you are with us, the more money you have the chance to make!

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
