WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for Soccer and/or Positively Impacting Children's Lives
Reliable Transportation and a Valid Drivers License or State ID
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Availability to coach during the week Monday–Friday (evenings) and/or Saturday mornings
Basic level of fitness

THE JOB:
Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high energy 30-minute sessions. We serve all kids ages 2-8 throughout the Knox and Blount co. area. Evening and weekend coaches will host sessions at various public spaces throughout the area.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. And you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It can be tough at times, but coaching children will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

No coaching experience required! No soccer experience required (although helpful)! Just need to love kids! If you have a passion for positively impacting children, we’d love to talk to you. Apply today to be our friend and their hero.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
