Job Title: Paid Business Intern

Overview of the Company:
Soccer Shots offers a valuable opportunity to positively impact the lives of children aged 2-10 through the game of soccer. As a Paid Business Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to the Operations and Customer Support Department within a franchise. This role provides hands-on experience in effective communication, community engagement, and various aspects of marketing and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist or Head Coach 5-8 classes throughout the week
- Answer office phones by the 3rd ring and respond to emails within 24 hours
- Oversee company website and Configio platform
- Assist with business and analytical reports
- Communicate and build relationships with community partners
-Tracking Team and Customer communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Availability 2-3 times a week, including Saturdays
- Reliable transportation
- We are looking for a 1-year commitment with completion of entire season once it has started
- Positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and time management
- Ability to track/report enrollment numbers and execute enrollments or sponsorships
-A passion for working with children, families, or serving the community

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
