Soccer Shots Little Rock is seeking a scrappy individual that loves to provide cadence and consistency for a team while executing our vision. Join us in our relentless pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focusing on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach at different daycares, preschools, and community parks throughout the Greater Little Rock Area.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create a team atmosphere that elevates our Company Culture to a level that entices individuals to come work for us, and never want to leave us.
- Constant communication with all members of the staff; providing both encouragement and discipline when appropriate.
- Perform ongoing performance evaluations of our coaching staff, and be able to work side-by-side with our Coaching Department to train and elevate our coaches.
- Create seasonal schedules for the entire staff that will best align our coaching abilities and availability with the needs of our various partner locations.
- Coach your own Soccer Shots sessions each week to maintain familiarity with the program, as well as providing coverage when needed.
- Grow the business by executing the Soccer Shots Sales Process at different potential locations.

- Secondary education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous soccer-related experience
- Enjoys developing/coaching employees
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer/ application skills (Apple Products, Microsoft office, Google Suite)

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
