We are seeking passionate individuals looking to work with children ages 2-8 years old in an energetic and fun environment. 

Soccer Shots® is a continually growing program with a strong curriculum and a team of passionate coaches looking to impact the lives of children. Become our teammate, and enjoy rewarding and meaningful work. We hold our sessions in park districts, preschools, and daycares Monday through Saturday in Homer Glen, Lockport, Lemont, and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible scheduling and paid training to make sure we get the best of the best to join our team.

Responsible - Ability to arrive on time to sessions, handle groups of 6-10 children, communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leaders.

Professional - Clean appearance, be kind and approachable for parents at public sites and directors/staff at private sites.

Experienced - Experience engaging and leading young children; soccer experience is a plus but not required.

Creative - Comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children. 

Clear Background - Must pass a background check 

Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field. Hourly pay is $15/hr while training and $20/hr when training is complete. Training usually lasts 1-3 weeks and depends on a coach's ability to learn the curriculum and lead a class.
