The Director of Operations is both behind-the-scenes and customer-facing as they ensure that the in-office, over the phone, and online success encompasses the professional and brand quality of Soccer Shots.   They are the shoelaces of the organization that keep everything tied together.  The Director of Operations embraces, emphasizes, and delivers on 2 of the 3 pillars of the Soccer Shots Franchising Brand Promise:  Communication and Coaches.  This role is a driving part of the success of each coach, location, and family served.  They are accountable for the quality of interaction, both online, in the office, and over the phone that our families receive.  They are also responsible for handling the schedules of each coach and each location.  The Director of Operations is someone who is organized and can look 6 months to 18 months in advance to plan out future seasons for our employees, accounts, and families. The ideal candidate is a mature individual who thrives in the details of spreadsheets, is entrepreneurial in thinking, and are able to manage 40-plus employee schedules; we urge you to apply! Benefits/Pay: 

Pay range - $ 52 K-$67 K ($25-$32/hr) with mileage reimbursement (IRS Mileage Rate), cell phone reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, 40 hours of accrued sick time, 401K match after 90 days, anniversary bonus, and professional development opportunities.
