Soccer Shots Louisville, a nationally recognized and locally respected youth soccer organization. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Youth Soccer Coach to be the face of our brand and ensure the exceptional performance of our coaching operations.
Who We Are:
- We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs.
- We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season.
As a Full-Time Coach, you will play a key role in coaching, training, and fostering a positive coaching culture at Soccer Shots.

- You will be responsible for coaching during 40 weeks of the year, which includes fall, winter, spring, and summer seasons.
- A minimum of 25 coaching sessions per season is required, though this may vary with some seasons having more or fewer sessions.
- Weekend coaching is necessary, and while we try to accommodate convenient schedules, you may need to travel to locations up to 45 minutes away.
Training:
- Provide support to the Coaching Coordinator, offering feedback on new applicants and participating in the training of new coaches
- Collaborate with the Coaching Coordinator to ensure a fun and healthy coaching culture within the organization.
- Attendance at all coaches' functions and events to support the Coaching Coordinator when required.
- Willingness to engage in constructive conversations with coaches, providing encouragement and guidance for their training and improvement.
Additional Responsibilities - In-between Seasons:
- During weeks when coaching sessions drop below 25, you will be required to fulfill a 40-hour workweek. This may include office hours, marketing efforts, coach evaluations, training new coaches, distributing fliers, and other initiatives to grow the business.
- Proactively take initiative and be forward-thinking in contributing to the organization's growth and success.
Compensation:
- Full-Time Coaches will receive a competitive rate of $17 per 35-40 minute session coached for 25 or more sessions per week.

The Job:
- Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
- Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.

- Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes
- Follow safety and attendance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications:
