Growth Coordinator| Soccer Shots CHE-SEPA
Position
The Growth Coordinator plays a key role in growing Soccer Shots by driving enrollment, building partnerships, and managing our sales pipeline. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, follow-up, CRM management, and developing strong community relationships to expand our impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Growth Coordinator is expected to maintain confidentiality and represent Soccer Shots with integrity and enthusiasm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Duties: Sales & Outreach
- Manage lead generation and follow-up in our CRM (Highrise/Salesforce)
- Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment and revenue goals by securing new accounts (daycares, preschools, schools, after-school programs, clubs/academies, parks, grants)
- Conduct sales calls and meetings (including quarterly joint calls with the Executive Director and independent calls thereafter)
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in CRM with follow-up actions and results
- Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities, including park programs, club partnerships, and corporate sponsors
- Attend school director networking events to build relationships and visibility
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve your own sales knowledge and support the broader Soccer Shots team in sales excellence
Secondary Duties: Communication & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for school directors and parents as needed
- Assist with program operations:
- Coaching and subbing as needed
- Supervising programs
- Being on-call
- Preparing, distributing, and supporting seasonal marketing materials

OFFER DETAILS
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary (exempt): $40,000/year (paid bi-monthly)
Monthly Gas Card: $200/month
Full Compensation: The total of your base salary, fuel, and benefits package, excluding medical benefits and retirement benefits (when eligible) = $42,400/year

Benefits:
- After 6-months of full-time service, Soccer Shots CHE-SEPA offers a $200/month reimbursement through the Healthy Business Group. Healthy Business Group is proud to offer a wide range of benefits at the Soccer Shots Benefits Store that meet a variety of coverage needs and price points. These benefits cannot be substituted for financial compensation.
- Eligibility for the 401(k) and profit-sharing plan begins after one year of service (entry dates are January 1 or July 1).
- Coordinators are provided with a fuel card of up to $200 per month, maximum.
- Training: Soccer Shots CHE-SEPA will cover all training expenses incurred during required training, when applicable.
- PTO days: 14 permitted. Avoid using PTO on the first and last week of the season and at the same site location more than once. We require at least two weeks of notice for time-off requests. Any pre-scheduled PTO days outside of the fourteen allotted days will be unpaid.
- Observed Holidays: Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving Day (when applicable).
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
