Soccer Shots® Southwest Chicagoland is hiring a Part-Time Soccer League Coordinator to help lead our recreational soccer league for children PreK–8th grade. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is passionate about youth sports, organized, and ready to make a lasting impact in the community.

Compensation: $25/hour

Season Commitment: Fall - August 26 – October 25, Winter - 12/13-2/28 (Off 12/27 and 1/3), Spring - 4/7-6/6

Fall and Spring Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 4:45–7:15 pm
- Thursdays: 4:45–7:15 pm
- Saturdays: 8:30 am–11:30 pm
- Winter Schedule - Saturday only 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
- Location: Dellwood Park, Lockport, IL
Responsibilities
- Coach practices using our established curriculum while adapting to players’ needs.
- Oversee and referee games on Saturday mornings.
- Support coaches and parent volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and league staff.
- Manage field set-up and clean-up each session.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and out of high school
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
- Some soccer playing or coaching experience required
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Comfortable engaging with children, parents, and staff in a positive and professional manner
- Physically able to run, kneel, and carry equipment (bags with balls, nets, etc.) for several hours
- Passionate about youth development and committed to treating all children equally in a recreational environment
