Looking for meaningful, part-time weekday work coaching preschool-aged children in a fun, soccer environment? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high-energy 30-minute sessions to kids ages 2-8 in Baltimore City & Baltimore County. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. And you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of most rewarding things you ever do.

WHO IS SOCCER SHOTS?
Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior soccer experience is not required, experience working with children ages 2–5 years is preferred
Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check

AVAILABILITY:

To be considered, you must be flexible to coach during these timeframes:

Weekday mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Classes take place on-site at local preschools in your area
Bonus Availability (Not Required) Opportunity for Additional Hours:
- Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM

- Coaching Managers take your availability and location to assign a set schedule prior to each season
- Consistent weekly schedule once the season begins
