Soccer Shots is the nation’s leading youth soccer program for children ages 2–8. Our award-winning curriculum introduces kids to the game through fun, high-energy sessions that combine soccer skills with character development. Position Summary

Soccer Shots is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Soccer Coaches to lead sessions at local schools, parks, and community centers. No formal soccer background is required—just a passion for working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age‑appropriate soccer sessions.
• Create a fun and supportive environment that builds confidence and teamwork.
• Teach basic soccer skills along with core character values.
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and partners.
• Represent Soccer Shots with enthusiasm, punctuality, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Experience working with children (preferred but not required).
• Willingness to learn and follow the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Comfortable coaching outdoors at various community locations.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, community-based role. Coaches travel between schools, centers, and parks to run sessions. Remote work is not available.
