At Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte, we get paid to play! We teach soccer to children ages 2–8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment.
Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required — we provide paid training and all equipment.
This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay at home parents or anyone who enjoys working with young kids.
Pay
- $19 per 25–45 minute session
- Coaches typically lead 5–25 sessions per week
- Coaches typically earn $95–$475 per week depending on schedule
- Pay increases based on coaching performance

What You'll Do
- Lead 6–12 children in fun soccer-based activities
- Create a positive, energetic environment
- Arrive prepared and on time for each session
- Record attendance after classes
- Commit to coaching multiple seasons
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children ages 2–8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
- Energetic and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with young kids
- Organized and dependable
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma preferred
- Must pass background check
