Many of our coaches didn't come from a soccer background. They came from teaching, childcare, church ministry, summer camps, music programs, and youth mentoring.

Scheduling & Commitment
Soccer Shots operates in 11 coaching blocks each week:
- Monday - Friday mornings
- Monday - Friday afternoons/evenings
- Saturday mornings
Coaches must be available for at least three coaching blocks per week.
Schedules remain consistent throughout each 10-12 week season, allowing coaches to build meaningful relationships with the same children, families, and schools week after week.

What You'll Do
You'll lead fun, fast-paced Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2-8 using our proven curriculum.
You'll:
- Lead classes of up to 12 children
- Facilitate engaging games and activities
- Create a safe, positive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with families and staff

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Willingness to complete training requirements
