Soccer Shots coaches/instructors are:
- Passionate about working with toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to connect with, be patient with, and motivate children
- Excellent communicators
- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, thinking on their feet
- Safety-conscious
Schedule hours:
- Class between the hours of 9:30 a.m.-Noon on Monday's-Saturday's
- Pick your schedule: coaches turn in schedule availability and are assigned classes that fit their schedule.
- Schedules are consistent: you will work classes at the same time and location each week for the whole season (7-10 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging children ages 2-6.
- Teaching groups of 8-10 kids for a 25-40 minute class.
- Arriving to class on time and attend all scheduled classes.
- Utilizing provided class curriculum to teach soccer, designed by education specialists.
- Keeping accurate attendance and complete after-session report.
- All equipment needed for classes is provided.
Additional qualifications:
- Candidate must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license.
- Candidate must be able to perform the physical demands of the position: reasonable level of fitness is expected.
- CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire (class fee will be reimbursed).
Additional available compensation:
- Additional pay for classes coached 10+ miles from primary residence
- Performance-based raises
