Soccer Shots Austin is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable coaches to join our growing team! No professional soccer coaching experience is required. We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.
Whether you have experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, fitness, recreation, or simply enjoy working with children, this could be a great opportunity for you!

- Earn $20–$30 per hour after completing paid training.
- Paid training program (approximately 2 weeks) at $15/hour.

Our biggest need is for coaches available during:
- Weekday afternoons: 2:30–5:30 PM
- Weekend mornings
We also have limited weekday morning opportunities depending on location and enrollment.
We build seasonal schedules around coach availability, making this a great opportunity for college students, teachers, fitness professionals, parents, and anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.
Ideal availability: At least 3 half-days per week or 8 hours weekly. Coaches should be able to commit to their assigned seasonal schedule.

We have opportunities throughout the Greater Austin area, including:
Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Lakeway, and Dripping Springs.

Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized youth soccer program that uses soccer to teach children important life skills.
We provide fun, age-appropriate soccer sessions at parks, preschools, daycares, elementary schools, and indoor facilities.
Our mission is simple: To positively impact every child we coach and create a remarkable experience for every family.
Our core values:

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Currently living in the Greater Austin area.
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Able to safely lead classes of up to 12 children.
Teaching, coaching, childcare, fitness, and sports experience are all a plus!
Bilingual in English and Spanish? Even better!
