YOUTH ELITE COACH (15-20 GUARANTEED HRS PER WEEK IN SEASON)

WHO IS SOCCER SHOTS? Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child, and family, we serve!

THE JOB: Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do!

REQUIREMENTS: Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured (travel required between sites)
Prior soccer experience is not required, however experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred

AVAILABILITY: To be considered, coaches should be available during the upcoming Summer and Fall Seasons within the following timeframes:

Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (summer season - limited)
Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM

**These are not shifts or set work hours, but the time windows in which sessions are scheduled. Schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season.

WHAT YOU GET: A fun work environment with flexible hours that provides a meaningful coaching experience with young children.

Compensation:
- $22-26/hour
- Bonus Opportunities each season (4x year)
Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am-7:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am - 12:45pm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN COACHES: A reliable and consistent coach who enjoys teaching our fun, themed soccer sessions within a structured 8–10-week seasonal schedule.
