Our Culture and Values
Bringing our vision to reality is hard work; and we've found creating positive experiences for those who make it happen is as important as for the children and families we serve. That's why we're intentional about building a positive company culture that's fun and rewarding, with a strong foundation that supports us in our daily roles, especially when navigating hard decisions or complex problems.
SYB's culture is centered around our Core Values:

Our Core Values aren't just words in our handbook. As CEO - Justin Bredeman says, "it's how we behave around here." In addition to our teams commitment to embodying these values in their day-to-day jobs and interactions, these principals guide our efforts in things like:
- Team bonding and celebration: multiple employee events each year, where we have fun and get time together outside of work.
- Flexibility: offering a variety of ways to own work schedules, and balance work/productivity with other priorities.
- Transparency and Communication: regular updates on KPIs and overall company performance
- Feedback & Development: providing intentional feedback at least 2x's per year to help our team grow and identify goals and professional development opportunities.
- Annual cost-of-living and performance based-increases.
- and more!
