About the Role:

Soccer Shots is looking for an energetic and passionate Children's Soccer Coach to join our team in the Longview area! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young players by combining a love of soccer with the joy of working with kids. If you're enthusiastic, fun, and ready to inspire the next generation of athletes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for young children
Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for all participants
Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
Manage classroom and field behavior in a fun and constructive manner
Arrive prepared and on time to all scheduled practices and events
Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to travel to program locations in the Longview area
Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with kids

About Us:

Soccer Shots is a premier youth soccer program dedicated to developing children's skills both on and off the field through character-building curriculum and expert coaching. Our programs are beloved by families across the region for delivering fun, high-quality experiences that keep kids coming back season after season. Our coaches love being part of a supportive team that shares a common mission: making a positive impact one child at a time.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
