About the Role:

Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of soccer with the rewarding experience of shaping young minds through sport. Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
Manage group behavior and maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout sessions
Travel to various program locations throughout the Boston area
Assist with program setup, breakdown, and equipment management

Requirements:

Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach
Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills
High energy, enthusiastic, and naturally engaging with kids
Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across Boston, MA
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass a background check

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
