About the Role:

Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of soccer with the reward of making a meaningful impact on young kids in the Boston community. Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
Set up and break down equipment at practice and program locations
Maintain child safety standards and adhere to all program policies
Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
Strong soccer knowledge and passion for youth athletic development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to program sites
Must pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
