NO SOCCER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN (AGES 2-5)!
Soccer Shots is a high-energy, fun, and engaging soccer program for children ages 2–8. We’re looking for coaches who love working with kids, enjoy being active, and want to be part of a growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position with the potential to build a consistent schedule and take on additional responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
- Create a positive, energetic environment where every child feels successful
- Follow our Soccer Shots curriculum while adapting to the needs of each group
- Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with our coaching and leadership team
- Grow into additional coaching, training, or leadership responsibilities over time
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with young children
- Dependable, responsible, and organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between local program locations
- Comfortable being active and engaging with children for extended periods
- A willingness to learn and grow with the program
- Previous experience working with children, coaching, teaching, or playing soccer is helpful.
- Flexible availability and the ability to commit to a consistent schedule
- Weekend availability is welcome, but we are especially interested in candidates with broader availability throughout the week
Scheduling
Our coaches work a flexible part-time schedule based on their availability and our program needs. Programs take place at schools, childcare centers, parks, and other community locations throughout the year.
Schedules can include a combination of weekday and weekend programs and may change as our seasons and program locations change.
Available shifts may include:
Mon-Fri 9:00AM-12:00PM
Mon-Thurs 3:00-6:00PM
Sat 8:30-12:00
Sun 8:30-12:00

Compensation & Growth
- You'll start in our training program at $20/hour
- Once you complete training and are leading your own classes, you'll earn $25/hour.
- As we grow, you can grow! We're looking for someone with a desire to learn and grow with the program.
