Part-Time Weekend Soccer Shots Coach

Soccer Shots Colorado Springs is hiring energetic, dependable, and caring coaches to lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18M-8. No coaching experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know through our comprehensive paid training program.

Our mission is simple: to positively impact children's lives. Every week, you'll help build confidence, character, and a love for being active while making Soccer Shots the best part of each child's week.

Schedule

This position is focused on WEEKENDS at public parks + indoor facilities

Ideal availability:

Saturday AND/OR Sunday (approximately 8:45 AM-12:00 PM + 1-4pm)
Available at least 1 weekend day for the entire season
Consistent availability from January - March with opportunities to continue in our spring + summer seasons!

Coaches typically work 4-15 hours per week as part time coaches

What You'll Do

Lead high-energy 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 18M-8
Teach character development alongside basic soccer skills using our expert-designed curriculum
Set up and pack up equipment at each location
Encourage every child through positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction
Communicate professionally with preschool staff, parents, and the Soccer Shots Leadership Team
Create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every child

What We Provide

Starting pay of $17 per session ($22-34 per hour)
Paid training and coaching certification
Nike coaching uniform
All soccer equipment and lesson plans provided
Coaches remain clocked in while traveling between assigned sessions

No soccer coaching experience is required. Experience within the early education field is preferred.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to be active outdoors and demonstrate basic movements during sessions
Ability to pass required background clearances
Available at least one weekend day
Able to commit to the season -- yearly coaching opportunities available for the right candidate
